The Eqobrush system utilizes the cooling water’s flow to propel specialized brushes housed within each heat exchanger tube. At set intervals, a valve reverses the water direction, driving the brushes through the tubes to scrub away fouling deposits before they harden. This automatic process cleans the system while it runs, preventing slime and scale buildup without any downtime.

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES

Eqoflush filters the cooling water supply through a stainless steel screen to trap debris and prevent macro-fouling. When sensors detect a buildup, the system automatically initiates a back-flush cycle to eject contaminants through a discharge valve. This cleaning action happens without interrupting the main water flow, ensuring continuous protection for the heat exchanger.
